The 3-Day Program
Day 1 – Arrival & Connection with Place
We depart from Athens in the morning and head to Kyparissia by coach.
Our first hike is a 5 km route from the Archaeological Site of Peristeria to the Stalaktites Gorge.
Along the way, we will enjoy a picnic in nature with traditional local products.
In the evening, there will be a guided walk and storytelling experience through the old town of Kyparissia, followed by dinner at a local traditional taverna, or free time for those who prefer to explore at their own pace.
Day 2 – Wellness & Neda Waterfalls
We begin the day with a Pilates session focused on core strength and posture, led by a professional personal trainer.
After breakfast with traditional local products, we set off on an 8 km hike to the Neda Waterfalls.
After the hike, we will have lunch at a local taverna.
The evening is free for you to enjoy Kyparissia at your own rhythm.
Day 3 – The Mythical Forest of Foloi
We start the morning with a mindfulness stretching session.
After breakfast, we head out for our final 8 km hike through the Centaurs Gorge in the enchanting Foloi Forest.
