Two days of nature, horses and unforgettable outdoor adventures in the heart of Arcadia

Children don’t need bigger screens. They need bigger adventures.

Arcadia Kids Adventure Weekend is a unique outdoor experience designed for children who love to explore, create, move and discover the natural world through play.

Set in the beautiful riverside location of Karvouniara, just a few minutes from the historic village of Karytaina in Arcadia, this weekend combines nature, horses, outdoor education and adventure into an experience that children will remember long after summer ends.

Surrounded by towering plane trees, the crystal-clear waters of the mythical Alfeios River and the peaceful landscape of the Peloponnese, children are encouraged to disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature, their imagination and one another.

Two age groups, two tailor-made adventures

To ensure every child enjoys the experience at their own pace, the event is divided into two separate days:

Ages 4–8

A playful introduction to nature and horses through hands-on activities.

Children will enjoy:

    • Meeting and caring for horses

    • Pony interaction and fun games

    • Beginner archery

    • Nature-inspired crafts

    • Outdoor games

    • A surprise Pony Pool Party

    • Team activities designed to build confidence and creativity

Ages 9–14

A more adventurous outdoor experience focused on exploration, teamwork and learning new skills.

Activities include:

    • Introduction to horse riding

    • Archery

    • Nature treasure hunt

    • Guided hiking

    • Outdoor survival basics

    • Shelter building using natural materials

    • Movement and team challenges

    • Creative workshops

    • Hobby Horse Challenge

    • Games that encourage leadership, collaboration and problem solving

More than an activity

At Our Vibe is Mountains, we believe that meaningful outdoor experiences help children develop curiosity, confidence and respect for nature.

This is not a summer camp focused on competition or performance.

It is an invitation to slow down, observe, explore and experience the outdoors through authentic moments, guided by experienced outdoor leaders in a safe and welcoming environment.

Every activity is designed to encourage:

Our Vibe is Mountains, leading outdoor adventures, hiking, archery, nature exploration and experiential learning activities inspired by the landscapes and traditions of Arcadia.

Together, we create experiences that combine adventure, education and genuine connection with nature.

A beautiful natural setting beside the Alfeios River, offering shade from centuries-old plane trees, open spaces for outdoor activities and one of the most authentic landscapes in the Peloponnese.

Good to know

    • Suitable for children aged 4–14

    • Activities are organised in separate age groups.

    • Small group sizes ensure a safe and personal experience.

    • Parents will receive detailed information before the event regarding equipment, clothing and arrival.
